LeadYouth Internship Position Details


Intern Benefits:

Internship Guidelines & Time Commitment
  • Minimum weekly commitment: 1-2 hours per week.
    Maximum workload: Flexible, but interns should prioritize school, personal well-being, and free time.
  • Breaks: You can take several days off during exams, illness, or personal time. Just notify your LeadYouth contact in advance.
  • Coaching Responsibilities: If you commit to coaching and have agreed on a session date, please stick to the schedule or reschedule within 2 weeks with prior notice to your Lead Coach.
  • Managing Multiple Projects: Start small, gauge your workload, and increase commitments during school breaks if possible.

If you choose to proceed, you will
  • Receive a contract outlining intern expectations.
  • Need parental approval to join.
  • Provide bank details for payment (we only use PayPal and Zelle).
  • Be paid monthly for completed work.
